If for any reason you don't love what you've bought from us, we've made our returns process very simple to follow:

Change of Mind:

If you have changed of mind, please return item within 7 days from delivery date. Contact us via email to orders@dscustoms.com.au please include in Subject "Order No. 123456 - Refund" 

"Viper Wallet and DS Customs" will Happily refund or exchange your product/s for a change of mind on any purchase. You can choose to have the value of your return credited to your next purchase or refunded to the original form of payment if returned within 7 days of purchase. Change of mind returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed and in original box 

Faulty items:

You can choose between a refund, exchange or store credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, are different to the sample shown or do not do what they are supposed to do. DS Customs reserves the right to have your returned item sent to the supplier for assessment as deemed necessary. 

Lifetime Warranty:

Key Organisers:

DS Customs warrants that Key Organisers are free from manufacturing defects and are functional as intended for the life of the product. Your Lifetime Warranty will include Replacement Parts in the event of failure or loss of Screws, TPU Connector (i.e., Rubber bit), Clip, and/or D-Ring.

This warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or disposed of Key Organisers; cosmetic damage; damage caused by accident; abuse, neglect, shock, improper use, or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications; or repairs.

Wallets: 

DS Customs warrants that all Wallets are free from manufacturing defects and will function as intended for the life of the product. Your Lifetime Warranty will include Replacement Parts in the event of failure or loss of Elastic, Screws, Inner Plates, and/or Money Clip.

This warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or disposed of wallets; scratches, dents, discoloration from wear and tear, chips and/or scrapes on the Outer Plates; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock; improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs.

The DS Customs Returns policy in no way limits your rights as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.
